Full payment of applicable fees is required with registration.
Credit Cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard.
Cheques made payable to PIA 2012 National Congress.
All payments must be made in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. Please note that credit card transactions will appear as EECW Pty Ltd.
Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to a registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – EECW Pty Ltd.
All registration forms will be received and accepted in good faith and processed as registered.
Cancellations and 'No Shows' that have not paid will be charged the full registration fee and any incidentals including accommodation.
Until 14 February 2012 a refund of the registration fee, less a fee of $150.00, will be made.
From 14 February 2012 to 14 March 2012, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made.
Following 15 March 2012, no refund will be made.
Please note that all refunds will be issued following the Congress.
